List all of the locations where we'll be shooting (ceremony, receptions, prep areas, etc.) and addresses, if possible.

Include ceremony start time, reception start time, prep times, and any special events we should capture.

Please provide the estimated number of guests attending.

List the names of your wedding party, close family, or anyone special you want featured in your gallery.

Planner, Maid of Honor, or another key contact we should communicate with. Please provide the name(s) and contact information.

Share your aesthetic, mood, or any Pinterest/Instagram inspiration for your wedding gallery.

Provide the timeline for the entire day. (If your planner has this information, please leave your planner's info above and we will be in touch with them to coordinate).

Include processional, readings, prayers/spiritual rituals, etc.

Include entrance, dances, speeches, cake cutting, send-off, etc.

Indoor/outdoor, golden hour, nighttime shots, or any special lighting notes.

Parking, vendor entrance, loading zones, or other important access info.

A vendor meal is usually provided during dinner. This will just be your photographer making a plate from your catering/meal service during the dinner portion of your wedding. If a vendor meal will not be provided, please let us know so your photographer can plan accordingly.

Kai Marie Photography will save your gallery on an SD card for one year, your gallery will also be uploaded to an online gallery where you can view and download your photos indefinitely. Please confirm that you understand how your wedding content will be stored, delivered, and backed up. Include any special instructions for your files if applicable.
