Kai Marie Photography agrees to provide wedding day photography services as outlined in the selected collection, including a fully edited online gallery within 2 weeks of event date and 24 hour sneak peeks. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due no later than one week before the event; a travel fee of $50 for venues over 50 miles away applies. Clients who elect to pay their package in full at the time of booking will receive a 15% discount on the total package price. No separate deposit is required for clients who choose this payment option. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments. If Kai Marie Photography cancels due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued, including deposit. Clients may use photos from their gallery for personal use with credit to "@bykaimarie," while Kai Marie Photography retains copyright and creative rights. Liability is limited to payments received (excluding deposits) in cases of unforeseen events.

This agreement represents the full understanding between both parties.
